Photographs and guides, side by side

Wanderlust Lens began as a personal record of places visited on foot, by train, and on long detours. Every destination is documented through its light, its streets, and the small moments between stops.

Each feature pairs a photo gallery with a practical guide, so readers can see a place before they plan around it.

How we work

Candid documentation, grounded context

We photograph places as they are, on ordinary days, in natural light, including overcast skies where they suit the scene. We avoid staged luxury and postcard framing, favouring local details and authentic moments.

Our guides are written for independent travelers. They explain what a place is like, how to move through it, and what to notice, so the photographs have a clear reason to exist.
